As part of a substantial rebranding and rebuilding exercise we had a requirement for two high caliber procurement specialists to join our central procurement team within the High Wycombe operational headquarters. 

PRS were required to source and present a range of suitable potential candidates for these two positions.A rather challenging set of personal requirements was communicated to PRS and it was made clear precisely the sort of individual we required in terms of personal attributes, attitude and approach and professional experience. 

From the very outset PRS kept me fully in touch with precisely who they were talking to and the reasons why they thought these individuals were suitable. Many a telephone conversation took place discussing the personal and professional attributes of these individuals with the result that when they arrived for interview it was almost as if I had already subjected them to a filter interview and we were on our second round of interviews. 

From these initial candidates, all of whom were potentially suitable to fill the positions, two stood out as being precisely what we were looking for in terms of experience, attitude and personal fit. If I had to summarize my experiences throughout this sourcing and placement exercise it would be that it was as if I had my own personal head hunting resource tackling this exercise.Throughout PRS were a delight to deal with and were extremely efficient in terms of contacting me both with potential candidates before the interviews and throughout the subsequent selection and offer process.

 This coincided with my having a severe family illness problem that necessitated my absence from the office for some two weeks at a critical phase of this process.
